1.  How much is P+P? 
To the UK postage and packing is currently free of charge.  I reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please email me before ordering so that I can let you know the current rates for shipping according to where you live.  The Rubyruby bag of your choice can be reserved for you whilst you make your payments.

2.  Is my purchase information safe?
Yes, very safe.  As soon as you click onto the shopping cart logo the paypal emblem appears.  Payments are then processed via paypal an extremely secure online payment agency who handle the payments.  For further information on paypal, a sister company of ebay, http://www.paypal.com/.  You can alternatively send a cheque, if you prefer, please email me via the contact page to request the address for payment.

3.  What about returns?
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your Rubyruby bag then you may return it.  Rubyruby bags may be returned within 7 days.  An email or telephone call from the customer is requested, and then the goods may be returned for a refund.  No tags should have been removed and it must not have been used.  I reserve the right to refuse a refund if I feel that the handbag has not been looked after or returned in its original packaging.  No postage costs will be refunded and the cost of returning it is the customers responsibility.  The handbag remains the responsibility of the customer until signed for in the Rubyruby office.  Please ensure that you keep all relevant documentation.

4.  Copyright issues
As an artist I take copyright infringement very seriously.  I have intelluctual copyright on all my bags and as the photographer of the images in the gallery own the copyright on those too.  If you are a student or magazine editor and wish to use the photographs and or images then please contact me to discuss further.  Please do not steal my images.

5.  Bespoke commmisions
If you order a bespoke commission then I request 50% of the cost up front, the remaining 50% to be paid when the handbag is ready.  All  monies must be received before the Rubyruby bag is despatched. 

6.  Sale offers
In the month of December into January I have my one and only sale of the year.  This is a chance to get a 2007 Rubyruby bag at 50% of the current retail price.  The price includes free delivery and the handbag comes wrapped in tissue paper with a letter of authenticity.  The 50% sale does not mean that the handbags are damaged or inferior in any way, I design my collections twice a year and as a cottage industry I do not have the space to store all my handbags therefore I have a sale to make room.  This is a limited time only offer and there is only one handbag of each design.  There will be no handbags available after the sale until spring 2008 when my new summer collection will be ready.  Full of delicious rich colours and vintage fabrics to die for!
